Our client, a provider of leading industrial cleaning services and maintenance to Tier 1 corporations within the automotive, aerospace, and heavy equipment manufacturing industries, are looking for additional cleaners at its premises in Measham. The company provides complete facility cleaning program covering cleanroom controlled environments, diversified industrial cleaning and support services to large-scale production environments worldwide.

Immediate Starts Available


To carry out all cleaning duties ranging from industrial or janitorial cleaning depending on job allocation on the day. You will be working as part of a team of 20 weekend cleaners responsible for the industrial clean of the factory. You will be using strong solvents to spray parts and then wipe , scrap down. Cleaning industrial paint ovens, booths, machinery, track, robots, jigs, metal frames and metal floor grid panels.

You will be provided with full PPE depending on job allocation on the day other duties may included rest rooms, showers, toilets. offices to the shop floor and other specialist cleaning duties as required.

You will be using strong solvents and working in confined spaces

Manuel lifting, scrapping, bending down for long periods involved so need to be physical active.

Previous experience would be advantageous

Located at the Westminster Industrial Park, Measham DE12 7DS – own transport would be ideal


Saturday 6am till 6pm (however the team has been finishing at 4pm weekly)

Sunday 5am till 1pm ( however the team have been finishing at 11am)

£9.41ph (excluding breaks)

38.5 hours a week paid

Mon - Thu: 7.45am to 4.00pm (inclusive of a 20 minute paid break)

Fri: 7.45 to 1.15pm

Salary: From £9.27 - £9.42 per hour plus monthly performance bonus once permanent (three figures)

Job Specification:

Duties will include the assembly of components as well as the checking of the assembly in line whilst working to instructions. Components are to be assembled either on a jig or bench using materials which are either set out in bins or are line side in floor mounted stillages. The completed assemblies (some which can weigh up to 30kg) are then loaded into stillages for despatch.

A basic understanding of engineering drawings and bills of materials is preferred but not essential.

This is not a light duty role and requires certain manually handling (some heavy), good dexterity and mobility.

Previous experience of using hand and power tools would be preferred but full training is provided.
